Fees and Expenses

Generally, we do not charge fees for financial advice, as we receive commission from lenders upon loan settlement. However, in cases where commission is unavailable, a one-off fee may apply, agreed upon in advance.

A one-time fee may also apply if the lender “claws back” commission due to early repayment or refinancing.

Commission & Incentives

On loan settlement, we may receive commission from the lender, based on a percentage of the loan amount, which can include both upfront and ongoing commissions. Any additional incentives from lenders, such as gifts or invitations, will not affect the advice we provide.

Conflict of Interest

NZ Loan Hub Ltd is committed to placing your interests first. Any conflicts of interest are managed through a structured advice process to ensure product recommendations align with your goals

Internal Complaints Process:
